This Grade II listed building was in need of new soil pipes but the problem with the rooms being in use caused a bit of a problem. I managed to get around this with the least amount of disruption as possible.

Main Contractor: CW Construction.

Manufacturer: St Gobain. 2, 3 & 4" Timesaver soil.

I have shown some before and after pictures, unfortunately my "after" pictures were taken before the goods recieved their final paint finish.

A particularly awkward job, the vertical pipes had to be fitted first and joined at the bottom using a temporary joint. Once the scaffolding was removed, the horizontal pipes were installed. There are two horizontal pipes, the one nearest to the wall is for the soil and the outer pipe is the rainwater pipe.
